Product Care & Safety

Products are made with pure plant oils, butters, and botanicals with no synthetic stabilizers. Because of this, a little extra care helps maintain optimal quality.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

In warmer climates or during summer months, refrigeration may be used for balms and butters to help maintain a smooth texture and prevent graininess.

Water-based products such as toners and some serums may be stored in the refrigerator for a refreshing cooling effect, especially during hot weather. This is optional and not required for normal use.

Natural Variation
Due to the handmade nature of each product, slight variations in texture, color, or appearance are normal and do not affect quality or performance.

Texture Changes
Balms and body butters are made with natural oils and butters that respond to temperature changes.

Exposure to heat during shipping or storage may cause products to soften, melt, re-solidify, or develop a slightly grainy or uneven texture. This is a normal characteristic of natural formulations without synthetic stabilizers.

These changes are expected and do not affect how the product performs on the skin.

Please note that natural texture changes due to heat or temperature fluctuations are not considered product damage.

If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature or refrigerate briefly and stir gently if needed before use.

Patch Test
Even natural ingredients may cause sensitivities. Before first use, apply a small amount to the inside of the elbow and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Safety
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.
