Items should be returned in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) with adequate padding to ensure safe transit.
Please add your packing slip to the package.
Once the return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent once the return or exchange has been completed.
Products got damaged in shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact reconnectskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged product. Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
Exclusions:
Sets and gift boxes are not eligible for return
Clearance and sale items are final sale
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
